The beginning of a new journey…

Today I  begin training to become a yoga instructor.  For 8 weekends I will immerse myself in mudras, mantras, and meditation to fulfill my professional and personal goals of being a certified yoga instructor.  I will be training at Namaste Yoga Center in San Diego, CA (www.obnamasteyoga.com).  I look forward to sharing my experiences with you as I go through this exciting process!
